Grand Ballroom restoration as of March 26th, 2014

Here is a photo of the restoration from Jason Baker of PacNW Photography facing the balcony side of the room.  Notice the floors were being refinished and the four panel doors under the balcony were being installed.

Notice the first two original light fixtures were up closest to the stage!!   You can also see the two skylights closest to the stage already repaired and painted.  One of the final two left to repair and paint was still visible in this picture so you can see the before and after.

This is what the Grand Ballroom looked like when we bought the building.  Can you believe that behind all that paneling and dropped ceiling was the most valuable antique of all hidden from view for nearly 65 years!!
